The EA-6B Prowler
is the only Electronic Attack Aircraft in the Department of Defense, making it a
true National Asset. As we continue to fight the Global War on Terrorism, there
are young American Warriors engaged in direct combat relying on you and your
aircraft for protection. Additionally, ALL Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and
Coalition aircraft flying into combat will be under the protections of the
mighty Prowler. We will dominate the enemy by degrading, disrupting and
destroying ground and air based weapons and communications networks to provide
sanctuary to our strike aircraft and ground forces while they neutralize those
who threaten our freedom. The Garudas are critical to ensuring victory in the
Global War on Terrorism and to the security of this great Nation.
